He’s exceptionally good at his game. He fooled me, my family and all my friends. However, I can’t say I’d ever want people to say that I was exceptionally good at being a lying, cheating jobless leach who takes advantage of people, but Adel sure is. I honestly never thought I had a reason not to trust him, even though he’s a merchant marine and was gone quite a bit for work. He lived in my house, slept in my bed, told me he loved me and convinced me that the plans we were making together were going to actually happen. Silly me. He was making plans with more than just me apparently. He had multiple girls in Texas and at least one in Miami I found out about. She knew about us but didn’t care because apparently they’re in love and going to live happily ever after. Now who’s the fool? They’re both despicable in my book, so maybe they deserve each other, but then again a leopard can’t change its spots. So when this ends up happening to her she shouldn’t be too surprised. I did a lot for Adel, I was a better girlfriend than he ever deserved and he threw it all away. He wasn’t worthy of the love I gave him but that’s his loss. Others should just beware. His talk is sweet and he’ll buy you all kinds of stuff, but don’t be fooled into thinking you’re the only one he’s pursuing.
